The Vitamin Shoppe is seeking a part-time Retail Key Holder in Capitol Heights, MD. You will support the Management Team, drive sales, and deliver a personalized shopping experience for Health Enthusiasts.

Responsibilities include processing transactions, maintaining shelves, and building customer relationships while acting as Manager On Duty when needed. A high school diploma and flexible schedule are required.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of experience/instruction.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule (i.e. Holidays, weekends, locations) depending on business needs as a part-time associate.

Responsibilities

• Act as direct support for Management Team and execute with excellence.
• Achieve and exceed daily sales and productivity goals while supporting others.
• Build loyalty through personalized customer connections and memorable shopping experiences.
• Work with integrity and serve as Manager On Duty in absence of Store Manager/Assistant Manager/Key Holder.
• Process customer transactions and merchandise shelves with accurate pricing.
• Master product knowledge through ongoing learning activities.
• Collaborate with a Health Enthusiast team.
• Maintain store upkeep and loss-prevention standards; ensure timely receipts and pricing.
• Perform additional duties as required.
