Valley Hill Health and Rehab is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse for part-time evening/weekend coverage at our Hendersonville SNF. You will assess residents, develop individualized care plans, administer nursing care, and supervise nursing assistants in a team-focused, patient-centered environment.

Qualified applicants hold a current NC RN license, CPR/BLS certification, and have experience with electronic health record systems.

Formación

• Must possess a current, unencumbered RN license in the state you work.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficiency with electronic health record software.

Responsabilidades

• Assess residents' needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer nursing care and supervise nursing assistants and other staff.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards and policies.
