Job summary

Advantage Solutions is hiring for weekend retail engagement roles to drive sales through live events and sampling in stores. You will engage customers, promote brands, and support store management as needed. Prior experience is not required, as we provide full training and growth opportunities.

Shifts are on weekends (Friday–Sunday) with competitive wages and benefits, plus opportunities for advancement within a large network. A friendly, reliable, and team‑oriented attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Friendly, enthusiastic, and comfortable interacting with customers and store management.
• 18 years or older.
• Available to work 2+ shifts per weekend, Friday through Sunday.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for up to 6 hours.
• Reliable transportation and strong customer service skills.
