Advantage Solutions is seeking team members in Maple Grove, MN to drive sales by engaging customers at live events and product sampling. You will support management and participate in weekend peak activity, delivering brand experiences in-store and in public spaces.

No experience is required as full training and team support are provided; weekend availability is essential to align with peak customer engagement times.

About you

• Are friendly, enthusiastic, and comfortable interacting with customers and store management
• Are 18 years or older
• Available to work 2+ shifts per weekend, Friday through Sunday.
• Available to work minimum 3 weekends per month.
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for up to 6 hours
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work areas and equipment
• Have reliable transportation
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and teamwork
• Are a motivated self-starter who works well independently and with others
