Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking friendly, energetic team members to drive sales by engaging customers and bringing brands to life through live events and product sampling in stores. Weekend availability is required (Friday–Sunday) to match peak shopping times; no experience is needed as full training and team support are provided, with growth opportunities from within.

• Are friendly, enthusiastic, and comfortable interacting with customers and store management
• Are 18 years or older
• Available to work 2+ shifts per weekend, Friday through Sunday.
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for up to 6 hours
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work areas and equipment
• Have reliable transportation
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and teamwork
• Are a motivated self-starter who works well independently and with others
• Always put safety first in a retail environment
