Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking friendly, energetic team members to help drive sales through live events and product sampling in stores. The role is weekend-focused, with Friday through Sunday shifts, and full training provided.

No experience is required; opportunities for growth, internal promotions, and benefits are available. You’ll engage customers, support store management, and help create engaging brand experiences while staying safe and professional.

Qualifications

• Friendly and enthusiastic, comfortable interacting with customers and store management.
• 18 years or older.
• Available to work 2+ weekend shifts (Fri–Sun).
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for up to 6 hours.
• Able to prepare, cook, and clean work areas and equipment.
• Reliable transportation.
• Demonstrates excellent customer service and teamwork.
• Motivated self-starter, able to work independently.
• Always put safety first in a retail environment.
