Job summary

TeamHealth is seeking a quality-driven Part-Time Primary Care Physician to join a post-acute care team in Worcester, MA. This weekend-only role (2 days) involves rounding in skilled nursing facilities, with autonomy, support, and earning potential.

Compensation is fee-for-service with an estimated range of $47,000–$56,000 annually and no cap on productivity income potential. You’ll provide high-quality care to a diverse patient population, collaborate with an experienced multidisciplinary team,

Qualifications

• Current physician license (State of MA) and DEA.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including medical histories and physical exams.
• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized care plans based on patient needs.
• Monitor progress and coordinate care to optimize outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals in a team approach.
• Educate patients and families on health management and preventive strategies.
• Maintain accurate, timely medical records in compliance with regulations.
