Job summary

Victory Automotive Group is seeking a Parts Counter Person to assist customers in locating automotive parts, answering questions, and processing orders in person or by phone. You will locate parts in inventory or via vendors and arrange delivery and installation.

The ideal candidate has automotive parts experience, strong customer service, organizational and computer skills, and a professional, dependable demeanor; weekend availability is required.

Job Description

The Parts Counter Person is knowledgeable about automotive parts and accessories and can accurately answer questions and satisfy customer requirements in person or on the phone. They locate automotive parts within the current inventory or from other sources (such as the internet, vendors, other dealerships, etc.) and arrange delivery and installation. This position receives and stocks incoming parts, as well as performing warehouse housekeeping duties.

The ideal candidate has previous experience with automotive parts and accessories. They must have a pleasant and courteous personality, strong customer service and organizational skills, strong phone and computer skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
