This is an on-site position located at Newton Wellesley Hospital.
The position of Part-time Weekend Nurse Liaison is to provide information about hospice services to patients, families, and hospital-based staff, to conduct clinical assessments, coordinate hospital discharge plans, and maintain professional relationships within hospitals, with a focus on the assigned hospital.
20-hour role. Saturdays and Sundays, from 9 am to 7 pm.
$44,500-$53,000: This number reflects an average starting range for this position. Individual pay is determined through a variety of factors including experience, education, certifications, and skills and can exceed the range.
