Job summary

Kendal Floral Supply is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Merchandiser for weekend shifts at the Tustin Ranch Costco. You will merchandise fresh-cut flower bouquets, manage inventory, and deliver excellent customer service to Costco members.

Must be able to lift 25 lbs, stand/walk throughout shifts, and follow merchandising schematics to maintain cooler standards. Availability includes Saturdays and holiday promotions.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and able to pass a criminal background check.
• Regularly lift up to 25 lbs and pull rolling racks with product up to 25 lbs.
• Stand and walk throughout each shift and reside in a retail environment.
• Prefer experience in customer service, warehouse, or retail.

Responsibilities

• Represent Kendal Floral by merchandising and selling fresh-cut bouquets at Costco.
• Manage daily inventory, receipts, and daily outs, maintain cooler merchandising standards.
• Maintain product grooming and quality, keep a clean cooler and work area.
• Provide sales and customer service support to Costco members.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with Costco team.
