Responsibilities

• Transport intermodal containers on local and regional routes.
• Pickup and deliver containers between ports, yards, warehouses, and facilities.
• Safely secure containers per DOT and City Haul procedures.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report issues promptly.
• Follow routes, dispatch instructions, and Hours of Service rules.
• Handle HazMat, refrigerated loads and specialized freight when qualified.
• Complete required documents (BOLs, PODs, inspections).
• Use ELDs and mobile dispatch systems as required.
• Maintain professional communication while representing City Haul.
