Qualifications

• Tennessee aesthetician license required for services performed.
• Previous experience in professional aesthetic or skincare services preferred.
• Strong knowledge of skin health and skincare products.
• Ability to assess patient needs and tailor skincare recommendations.
• Excellent communication and patient education skills.
• Commitment to safety, sanitation and infection-control standards.
• Ability to work with injectors and other providers.
• Weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive skincare consultations and assess skin concerns and treatment needs.
• Provide aesthetic and skincare treatments within licensure and protocols.
• Develop personalized skincare recommendations based on patient needs.
• Educate patients on skincare routines, products, and aftercare.
• Collaborate with injectors and clinical providers on treatment plans.
• Build strong patient relationships to promote retention and continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of treatments and recommendations.
• Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies per safety standards.
• Stay current on skincare products and industry trends.
