Job summary

You will design visually appealing websites that meet client goals and enhance user experience, working with project managers and developers to translate requirements into functional designs.

Responsibilities include creating layouts, wireframes, and prototypes using HTML, CSS, JavaScript; testing across browsers; ensuring accessibility; and staying current with design

We are seeking a talented and creative Part-Time Web Designer to join our team in the US.

As a web designer you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites that meet our clients needs and business goals. This is a part-time position with a salary of $1300 per month.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop website layouts, graphics and navigation menus
• Collaborate with project managers and developers to understand client requirements and translate them into functional designs
• Conduct user research and create user personas to inform design decisions
• Create wireframes, prototypes and mock-ups for websites
• Use HTML, CSS, JavaScript and other web design tools to build responsive and mobile-friendly websites
• Test website functionality across different browsers and devices
• Ensure website accessibility standards are met for users with disabilities
• Stay updated on the latest web design trends and techniques

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a web designer or similar role
• Experience designing responsive websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.
• Familiarity with graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator
• Strong understanding of user experience principles
• Excellent visual design skills with an eye for detail
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Good communication skills
