Job summary

Beck’s Hybrids is seeking a part-time Warehouse Assistant to support the Warehouse Manager in receiving, warehousing, shipping, and delivery at our Olivia, MN location. The role involves unloading shipments, verifying paperwork, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Responsibilities include reporting equipment issues, updating inventory, and assisting with event setups. Some overnight travel may be required; a valid driver’s license is preferred.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record preferred.
Forklift training required.
CDL or Chauffeur license preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist in unloading inbound shipments and staging outbound shipments.
Verify inbound/outbound paperwork with drivers and ensure accurate product counts.
Report and assist in safe operation of all material handling equipment.
Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area.
Assist with checking in product returns and updating inventory balances.
Ensure accuracy of shipping documents.
Set up and prepare warehouse for special events.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Processing/Warehouse Manager.
