S&S Activewear in Lockport, IL is seeking a Part-Time Restock Driver to retrieve inventory from floor locations and up-stock storage and deliver to stocking or shipping areas.

You will operate material handling equipment, perform daily safety checks, scan barcodes, and follow instructions in a fast-paced warehouse. Must lift up to 50 lbs and work weekends; company offers benefits and apparel discounts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Ability to read and understand pick tickets and labels in English.
• Ability to use electronic devices.
• Ability to count, add, subtract, multiply and divide accurately.
• Detail oriented and able to follow detailed instructions.
• Ability to work independently without close supervision.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Willing to learn or be trained on using order picker, reach truck, stock chaser, pallet jack, electric pallet jack and forklift.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift, cherry picker, reach truck and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Perform daily safety inspections for all equipment.
• Retrieve inventory from up-stock and floor locations for transfers or stocking.
• Use barcode scanners and warehouse software to track inventory.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and productive work area.
• Support leadership and follow directions; work overtime if required.

PPE is company-provided with a $100 stipend on safety-toe shoes after 90 days of employment.PHYSICAL DEMANDSIn performing the job of a Restock Driver, the employee must stand and walk for an 8+ hour shift. Additionally, the position requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching and handling of items up to 50 lbs.
