Sway is hiring a Part-Time Warehouse Associate to support our overnight warehouse operations in Richmond, CA. This hands-on, fast-paced role focuses on sorting, scanning, labeling, and moving packages to ensure smooth daily fulfillment and outbound flow.

• Strong attention to detail and reliability

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and organize incoming inventory and shipments
• Sort, scan, and accurately label packages
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure shipment tracking is up to date
• Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and timeliness
• Verify shipping labels and delivery information for correctness
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Coordinate with drivers to support pickups and deliveries
• Track, review, and help resolve failed or exception deliveries
• Review delivery photos for accuracy and compliance when needed
• Assist with consolidating shipments and preparing outbound loads
• Support basic administrative tasks related to daily operations
• Identify and suggest opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency
