Filtrous is seeking a Warehouse Associate II to join our Poway, CA team. You will receive, store, and ship laboratory supplies, maintaining accuracy in picking, packing, and inventory control to ensure on-time deliveries to labs.

The role is part-time, 20 hours/week, with compensation $20–$25 per hour. Candidates should have forklift certification and at least 1 year of warehouse experience, plus strong attention to detail and basic data-entry skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current forklift certification.
• 1+ years of warehouse experience.
• Strong organizational skills and sharp attention to detail.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and record-keeping.
• Team player who communicates effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
• Bonus points if you have familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS).

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming shipments. Organize and maintain inventory for efficient storage and retrieval.
• Pick and pack orders based on customer requirements. Prepare shipments with proper documentation and labeling.
• Coordinate shipping and receiving with carriers and freight companies; verify documents and resolve discrepancies.
• Inspect products for damages or discrepancies and report issues.
• Input data into the warehouse management system accurately and on time; generate shipping labels and packing slips.
