Job summary

AVI Foodsystems, Inc. is seeking a part-time Warehouse Worker to join our Camp Hill, PA area facility. You will participate in distribution and receiving, help receive products, verify quantities and descriptions, and assemble orders for shipment in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous large food warehouse experience is preferred.
• Great work ethic and reliability.
• Ability to work in temperature extremes and humidity.
• Ability to maintain a fast pace and multi-task.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Participate in all functions of the distribution and receiving for the warehouse.
• Receive products coming into the warehouse.
• Verify quantity and description of products.
• Assemble and fill orders to be shipped.
• Stock incoming orders.
• Maintain accurate physical inventories.
• Ensure all distribution and receiving in a timely and orderly manner.
• Follow proper receiving procedures.
• Comply with all AVI policies and procedures, including security procedures.
• Communicate any issues of concern to management (i.e. cleanliness, safety concerns, or security concerns).
