Job summary

Pacific Office Automation is seeking a part-time Warehouse Associate at our Agoura Hills, CA office. You will handle shipping/receiving, operate a forklift to move stock, and support equipment installations.

Candidates must lift 50 lbs, work well in a team and independently, and maintain an organized warehouse. We offer medical/dental/vision/life insurance, a matched 401(k), and FSA/HSA options as part of our benefits package.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Familiarity with the office machine industry and OMD software is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Shipping/receiving product
• Use of a forklift to pull heavy stock off shelves
• Coordinating with customers for upcoming equipment installations
• Coordinating trucking schedules for equipment delivery
• Obtaining install/deinstall rentals (e.g., forklifts, tow trucks)
• Scheduling and maintaining storage of equipment
• Unloading/loading equipment in the warehouse
• Reviewing and processing equipment orders
• Processing and ordering parts and ink inventory
• Obtaining RMAs and processing with vendors
• Monitoring supply chain operations
• Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment
• Stand for long periods during shifts
• Cycle counts and participation during inventories
