Job summary

DSG is seeking a Part-Time Warehouse Associate in La Crosse, Wisconsin. The role covers order pulling, packing, shipping/receiving, inventory checks and keeping a safe, clean work area. You will operate forklifts, use RF scanners, and support receiving duties as workload permits.

Typical hours run noon–10 pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional variation. DSG is employee-owned and emphasizes teamwork, training, and growth opportunities within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• One to three years of warehouse or delivery experience.
• Organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Safety training on material handling and forklift driving.
• Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally.
• Prior computer knowledge and skills.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pull material from location to fill each order.
• Pack, label and put filled orders in proper locations for delivery.
• Operate gas and electric forklifts and riders.
• Use computer and/or RF scanner to check status, availability and location of product.
• Notify inventory control about shortages or overages in inventory.
• Load delivery trucks as needed.
• Inspect trucks before delivery and report vehicle issues.
