Job summary

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Part Time Warehouse Associate in Jamestown, NY to assist with day-to-day warehouse operations. You will pick and pack orders, audit inventory, organize products, and support other warehouse tasks as needed.

The ideal candidate stays active, works independently, and is willing to learn basic computer or tablet software. Schedule includes weekday morning shifts with Saturday hours; training on company software is provided.

Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders from warehouse shelves accurately and efficiently.
• Safely climb and work from ladders to retrieve inventory from warehouse shelving.
• Lift and carry items weighing 50+ lbs. when necessary.
• Perform ongoing product and inventory audits, carefully separating and identifying products based on multiple characteristics and requirements.
• Assist with warehouse organization, including locating, sorting, moving, and arranging inventory.
• Use an electronic tablet, computer, or written paperwork to identify inventory locations and complete assigned tasks.
• Pack and process customer orders, verifying that the correct products and quantities are being shipped.
• Maintain an organized and efficient work area.
• Assist with other warehouse responsibilities and projects as needed.

Job description

Express Employment Professionals is currently recruiting for a Part Time Warehouse Associate to assist with a variety of day-to-day warehouse operations. This is a hands-on position that includes picking and packing orders, auditing inventory, organizing products, and completing other warehouse tasks as needed.

The ideal candidate is comfortable staying active throughout their shift, can work independently and accurately, and is willing to learn new tasks and basic computer or tablet-based software.

Primary Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders from warehouse shelves accurately and efficiently.
• Safely climb and work from ladders to retrieve inventory from warehouse shelving.
• Lift and carry items weighing 50+ lbs. when necessary.
• Perform ongoing product and inventory audits, carefully separating and identifying products based on multiple characteristics and requirements.
• Assist with warehouse organization, including locating, sorting, moving, and arranging inventory.

• Willing to shift between picking, packing, inventory auditing, organization, and other warehouse projects based on daily needs.

Work Schedule

Monday-Friday: 7:00 AM-12:00 PM Saturday: 9:00 AM-1:00 PM, as scheduled
