Franklin Retail Solutions is seeking a part-time Retail Merchandiser to visit sporting goods stores near you. You will organize and showcase top brands, align displays with planograms, and submit reports via our MVP platform.

This role requires independent work, reliable transportation, and strong communication with store staff. You will travel to multiple stores on weekdays, capture photos, and share actionable insights to improve the shopper experience.

Qualifications

• Retail or merchandising experience required.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage time.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Valid transportation to multiple store locations.

Responsibilities

• Follow planograms to create compelling displays.
• Use MVP platform to schedule visits and submit reports.
• Engage store staff to promote brands and setups.
• Take before/after photos to document merchandising results.
• Identify what works and report insights to the team.
