Job summary

Triangle Animal Clinic of Conroe, part of the Suveto network of hospitals, is seeking an experienced part-time Veterinary Technician to join our Team. Our clinic opened its doors to the community in 1973 and has been providing high-quality care to dogs and cats in Magnolia, The Woodlands, and Montgomery County.

We offer comprehensive services with a compassionate approach. As a Veterinary Technician, you will perform medical, diagnostic, and laboratory procedures under a licensed veterinarian,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technician education preferred.
• Strong communication and listening skills essential.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinic.

Responsibilities

• Prepare exam rooms and assist doctors during appointments.
• Take client history and record observations in medical records.
• Educate clients on preventive care and follow-up.
• Perform venipuncture and in-house lab tests as directed.
• Provide nursing care and monitor hospitalized patients under supervision.
• Discharge patients and educate owners on discharge instructions.
• Clean, restock, and maintain hospital areas; assist with imaging as needed.
