  • Inputs and manages data in practice management software, including billing and accounts.
  • Assists with retail sales, weighing pets, processing faxes, and maintaining records.
  • Reconciles cash drawer and performs end-of-day duties for accurate financial transactions.

Position Overview

Join our team as a Care Coordinator who contributes to the success of a high-performing organization committed to delivering superior care and exceptional service. Performs a range of administrative and customer service tasks, providing valuable support to the hospital. Within the veterinary field, this position aligns closely with roles often titled Veterinary Receptionist, Customer Service Representative, or Client Care Specialist.

PetVax Complete Care Centers Midtown in Memphis, Tennessee, is a full-service veterinary practice offering comprehensive care, from preventive services to advanced medical treatment. Key Responsibilities

  • Willingness to learn veterinary terminology, hospital procedures, and workflows
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
  • Previous customer service, receptionist, administrative, or veterinary experience preferred
  • Veterinary receptionist experience is a plus, but not required
Schedule
  • Part-Time, Monday-Friday from 8AM-5PM based on hospital needs and some weekends
  • Typically, Monday, Wednesday, Fridays, and some weekends, depending on the week
  • You may be scheduled some mornings or just some afternoons depending on hospital needs
