The schedule is approximately two to three days per week with flexibility based on the doctor's availability and hospital needs. The role covers preventive care, wellness visits, sick-patient care, dentistry, diagnostics, soft-tissue surgery, spay/neuter, and emergency stabilization during business hours.

Qualifications

• DVM degree from an accredited university.
• Illinois veterinary license or eligibility.
• DEA registration when applicable.
• Compassionate, client-centered approach to veterinary medicine.
• Strong communication and client-education skills.
• Commitment to high medical and ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide preventive and wellness care and sick-patient appointments.
• Perform dentistry, diagnostics, and soft-tissue surgery as needed.
• Spay and neuter procedures and emergency stabilization during business hours.
