Job summary

San Marcos Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in San Marcos, Texas is seeking reliable, part-time drivers to join our team as 1099 contractors. You will transport vehicles, parts and equipment between dealership locations, at customer appointments and drop-off points.

Qualifications

• Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record.
• Experience as a driver, especially in the automotive or logistics industry, preferred.

• Familiarity with vehicle handling and basic maintenance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload vehicles and materials safely and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and follow all dealership scheduling requirements.
• Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations and dealership policies.
• Provide courteous, professional service to customers and dealership staff.
• Perform basic vehicle inspections and report any issues to management.
• Maintain and clean assigned vehicle as required.
• Follow all environmental and safety protocols for handling vehicles and materials.
