Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Vehicle Patrol Driver in Conway, AR to provide reliable security presence with a fixed anchor shift and optional extra shifts through the scheduling platform.

The role offers part-time hours, weekly pay, and opportunities to grow toward full-time work. Basic security duties include access control, incident response, patrols, and clear reporting, with benefits and progressive training through Allied Universal.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• The ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and/or contractors at a technology, media, or telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site-specific procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the business, perimeter, parking areas, entrances, and other assigned locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, employee, and contractor activity in accordance with established site procedures.
• Complete accurate reports, incident documentation, and shift activity logs, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
