Job summary

OKCARZ is seeking a Lot Porter in Pinellas Park, FL to maintain vehicle appearance and readiness. The role requires daily vehicle inspection, washes, and inventory upkeep at our onsite lot.

The position is part-time, with three 8-hour shifts per week, and requires a valid Florida driver’s license, a clean driving record, and reliable commuting to the Pinellas Park site. Pay is $15 per hour, with standard 8-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• Valid Florida Driver’s License required.
• Clean driving record.
• Must be able to reliably commute to an onsite location (Pinellas Park, FL).
• Reliable and detail-oriented with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Start and inspect all vehicles daily for safety and mechanical soundness.
• Perform vehicle washes and maintain lot cleanliness.
• Merchandise and arrange inventory on the lot.
• Ensure vehicles comply with Buyers Guides, stock stickers, and dealership standards.
• Perform minor mechanical tasks (e.g., battery replacement, tire changes).
• Transport vehicles to repair facilities and between OKCarz locations.
• Maintain the lot’s professional appearance by policing and cleaning the area.
• Stock new inventory in the computer system.
• Run errands to support the business.
• Assist with additional duties as assigned.
