Job summary

The Arc Mid-Hudson in Catskill is seeking a Part-Time Van Driver for the Transportation Department. You will work 20 to 25 hours weekly, mornings and afternoons, Monday through Friday, transporting individuals with disabilities.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, a NYS Driver’s License (Class B/C with/without Passenger Endorsement, or Class D) and basic computer knowledge. Paid new hire orientation is provided, and the CDL with Passenger Endorsement must be obtained within 90

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is desired.
• A valid New York State Driver’s License (Class B/C with/without Passenger Endorsement), or Class D, and a driving record acceptable to The Arc Mid-Hudson.
• Ability to obtain CDL license with Passenger Endorsement within 90 days of employment.
• Basic computer knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Transport individuals with disabilities in Catskill area.
• Work 20–25 hours per week, mornings and afternoons, Monday through Friday.
• Provide safe transport and assist passengers as needed.
• Participate in paid new hire orientation.
