Job Overview

P/T Valet Trash Collector. Part‑time shift hours are Sunday–Thursday between 8:00 PM–10:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Collect bagged trash from each building door and transport to the onsite trash compactor.
• Work 5 days per week, 8:00–10:00 PM Sunday–Thursday.
• Be prepared to work in all weather conditions.
• Climb steps to retrieve bagged trash from every apartment door.
• Punctuality: Arrive on property at 7:55 PM sharp.
• Maintain quiet operation so residents can get ready for bed.
• Communicate daily with the Valet Field District Manager.

Qualifications

• Must own a clean, good condition pickup truck (late model).
• Must have a driver’s license.
• Must speak English.
• Good physical condition.
• Comfortable using smartphones and apps.
• Former military service members preferred.
• Federal tax ID preferred; LLCs & Incs welcome.
• No experience required; good attitude and a late model pickup truck acceptable; training will be provided.
