Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group seeks a dynamic Valet Attendant to deliver exceptional guest service at one of our Chicago-area properties. You will assist guests with luggage, park and retrieve vehicles, and contribute to a courteous, efficient front-of-house experience.

The ideal candidate has at least one year in hotel guest service, can pass background checks, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where a positive attitude and teamwork are valued.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assists guests with carrying luggage and other items to room
• Parking and retrieving guest vehicles
• Perform various other duties as assigned to meet business objectives

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of one (1) year in hotel customer service supervisory role
• Minimum of High School education
• Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check and Drug Screening
