SELIG PARKING seeks a PT Valet Attendant in Los Angeles to greet guests, park and retrieve vehicles, and maintain a clean, safe valet area. You will communicate with guests, manage traffic flow, and support peak periods while upholding safety standards and professional standards.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, solid driving skills, and prior customer service experience in hospitality or parking. Flexibility for varied shifts, including evenings and weekends, is required.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in hospitality or parking.
• Experience in driving and parking various types of vehicles, including manual and automatic transmissions.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests promptly and courteously upon arrival, providing a warm and professional welcome.
• Safely park and retrieve vehicles, ensuring the security and protection of each vehicle.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the valet stand and surrounding parking areas.
• Communicate effectively with guests, addressing any questions or concerns regarding the valet service.
• Assist in managing traffic flow within the parking area to ensure efficient operations.
• Collaborate with team members to provide seamless service and support during peak times.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and customer service standards.
• Report any incidents or issues with vehicles to management promptly.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times, representing SELIG PARKING positively.
