Ushers play an essential role in creating an outstanding guest experience by welcoming patrons, scanning tickets, assisting guests to their seats, answering questions, maintaining a safe environment, and providing exceptional customer service before, during, and after performances.

Ushers play an essential role in creating an outstanding guest experience by welcoming patrons, scanning tickets, assisting guests to their seats, answering questions, maintaining a safe environment, and providing exceptional customer service before, during, and after performances. Ushers also assist with accessibility services, crowd management, and emergency procedures as needed.
This is a part-time position that requires a flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends, Wednesday afternoons, and holidays.
We are currently hiring in preparation for our busy holiday season. Successful candidates must be available to work from Thanksgiving week through the end of the calendar year, as this is our busiest performance period. Following the holiday season, employees who successfully complete this initial period will transition into the regular scheduling rotation based on operational needs and employee availability.

Benefits Include – 1 hour of pay in lieu of paid time off for every 40 hours worked, up to 40 hours in a 12-month period.
Interviews begin the week of Aug 17th, Orientation the week of Sep 21st, Training Shifts the week of Sep 28th through Nov 1st.
