UrgentVet Hospitals in Midlothian is seeking a Part-Time Senior Veterinary Assistant to help provide outstanding patient care, lead a team, and deliver excellent client service in a fast-paced, state-of-the-art urgent care clinic. Our hospitals are paperless clinics equipped with cloud-based EMR, digital x-ray, and a full IDEXX in-house lab.

This role requires on-site presence, flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Qualifications

• Experience handling animals and providing patient care.
• Ability to perform phlebotomy, catheter placement and basic lab work.

Responsabilités

• Provide outstanding patient care in a fast-paced urgent care setting.
• Lead a team and assist with client service.
• Assist with on-site training and onboarding as needed.
