Job summary

Intersection Co. in Boston is seeking a meticulous part-time photographer to capture static Out-of-Home media assets across the city. You will shoot during peak hours and in field conditions, delivering assets for marketing, social, and recap videos.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will follow a weekly shot list, batch edit, upload to the photo library, and adapt to weather and events, including nights and weekends for major market occasions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Photography or a related field.
• Own basic photography equipment and have a valid driver’s license with reliable car.
• Organized self-starter who works independently in the field to meet deadlines.
• Reliable communicator who provides status updates and adapts to weather conditions.
• Flexible 20-hour schedule to shoot during rush hours and on nights/weekends.
• Artistic eye for urban street photography and comfortable shooting in busy public spaces.
• Experience shooting short-form video clips for social media.
• Proficient with Mac/PC, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Cloud (batch editing & light retouching).
• Out-of-Home media experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Shooting high-impact marketing photos of outdoor media during morning and evening rush hours to leverage optimal crowd, traffic, and lighting conditions.
• Independently executing assigned weekly shot lists, organizing field routes efficiently to meet campaign deadlines.
• Batch editing hero photos—including light AI touch-ups when necessary—and uploading/tagging all assets in the Intersection photo library within deadlines.
• Communicating clearly with your manager during weekly check-ins to provide status updates on assigned shoots and proactively pivoting when field or weather challenges arise.
• Participating in bespoke photoshoots of outdoor media assets and flexing your schedule for occasional night/weekend events to showcase the power and atmosphere of our OOH media.
• Capturing short video clips, time-lapses, and motion assets for use in social media and campaign recap videos.
