Job summary

Pace Academy in Atlanta, GA, invites applications for the Upper School Wrestling – Assistant Coach position. This part-time, October to March seasonal role supports the varsity head coach and helps manage practices, games, and student-athlete development.

Requirements include coaching experience with student-athletes in grades 9–12, a commitment to Pace's mission, strong communication, reliability, and the ability to work Monday through Friday and select weekends.

• Strong commitment to the student-athlete concept.
• Effective leadership and coaching skills.
• Good communication with players, parents/caregivers and the Office of Athletics.

Responsibilities

• Daily team coaching alongside the coaching staff.
• Driving players to/from practices, as needed.
• Representing Pace Academy and the wrestling program in a professional manner and within the bounds of good sportsmanship.
