Providence Academy is seeking a highly qualified part-time Bible and Theology teacher for our upper school (7th–11th grades). The role includes planning and delivering courses and contributing to an upper school house.

Candidates should hold at least a bachelor’s degree in the content area; advanced theological training and classroom experience, especially in a classical Christian context, are highly preferred. Training and professional development opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Bible/Theology content area.
• Higher education and theological training preferred.
• Experience teaching, especially in a classical Christian context, is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and teach Bible and Theology courses for grades 7–11.
• Assist in an upper school house and participate in regular faculty duties.
• Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities.
