Job summary

Sunflower Bank, N.A. is seeking an energetic Universal Banker for our Hays E 27th branch in Kansas. This part-time role (20-25 hours per week) focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, handling cash, and promoting banking products to both new and existing customers.

Training is provided for banking experience is a plus. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and offers comprehensive benefits, including PTO and incentive pay, with opportunities for career growth

Responsibilities

• Perform full service banking with a primary focus on service and sales to new and existing customers within the branch.
• Teller duties including cash transactions, opening or updating accounts, and providing information on other products and services.
• Address customer needs to maximize experience during branch visits and over the phone.
• Meet or exceed sales and referral goals at individual and branch level.
• Promote promotions, contests, and new account options to customers.
