Job summary

Citi is seeking an entry-level Universal Banker in New York to assist with opening accounts, resolving service issues, and processing transactions in alignment with bank policies. The role supports branch sales activities and referrals to segment partners while maintaining strict compliance and risk controls to protect customers and assets.

Part-time position located in NY-East Williamsburg, with a competitive full-time salary range prorated for part-time work.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in retail banking or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citi, its clients and assets.

The Universal Banker is an entry level position responsible for the assistance in the execution of sales, products or service activities in coordination with the customer service team. The overall objective of this role is to foster relations with customers to build loyalty and to help increase sales to individual consumer clients.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in basic account opening for existing customer

• Execute financial transactions in accordance with bank policies and procedures

The hourly rate corresponding to the annual range is:
