Job summary

The Universal Banker at Citi is an entry level position in Costa Mesa, CA, supporting the customer service team and assisting in sales, products, or service activities. The role aims to foster customer loyalty and help increase sales to individual consumers.

Responsibilities include assisting in basic account openings, handling service issues, processing transactions, and creating sales opportunities while ensuring compliance with bank policies and risk controls.

• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$47,510.00 - $61,990.00

Salary shown is for full-time positions and will be prorated for part-time hires based on number of hours worked.

The hourly rate corresponding to the annual range is:

$22.84 - $29.80
