Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required by law.
• Qualified applications with criminal histories will be considered by applicable laws.
• Subject to a drug screen where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws.
• Driving positions require a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by following security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents calmly and according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the premises and perimeter.
• Monitor for unusual activity and report observations to the appropriate team.
• Complete activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications.
