Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver"s license required.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Ages 18+ for unarmed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and/or delivery personnel while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; document observations and notify appropriate site contacts.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of manufacturing, warehouse, shipping and receiving, parking, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity and help deter unauthorized access.
• Monitor access points and verify visitor, contractor, and delivery entry requirements in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• Maintain detailed activity logs and complete incident reports as required by Allied Universal and site policies.
