Qualifications

• Provide courteous, professional security support to personnel and visitors.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of work areas and perimeters.
• Monitor site access and verify credentials according to policy.
• Respond calmly to incidents and report details per procedures.
• Maintain accurate documentation of activities and incidents.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing and industrial work areas, access points, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials, directing visitors and contractors, and reporting irregularities in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting procedures.
• Document patrols, incidents, and daily activities accurately, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
