Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required by federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facility interiors, exteriors, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, document visitor and contractor entry, and communicate access concerns to site contacts.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations following established emergency procedures.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents, patrol observations, and other security-related events.
