Qualifications

• Experience with access control systems and badge issuance.
• Experience monitoring alarm panels and responding to alarms is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet for reporting and communication.
• Strong customer service background and ability to maintain a positive environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, contractors, and visitors while carrying out security procedures and emergency response activities at an industrial location.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, maintain visitor and contractor records, and report unusual activity according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, parking areas, offices, and the facility perimeter, documenting observations.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and communicate with site contacts and emergency responders.
• Maintain a visible presence to deter unauthorized activity and complete accurate daily activity and incident reports.
