Allied Universal is hiring a Part-Time Security Officer in Atlanta, GA. You will serve and safeguard clients, monitor access points, and patrol assigned areas at a technology, media, and telecommunications location.

The role emphasizes providing customer service, responding to incidents, and maintaining logs. Schedule includes daytime Friday and Saturday shifts with a pay rate of $21.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures, site‑specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, offices, parking areas, access points, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access control points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and report unauthorized access attempts or unusual conditions.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following established post orders and escalating concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain required logs for patrols, incidents, visitor activity, and other security‑related observations.
