Qualifications

• Guard card or license is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certifications are preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation will be conducted as required by law.
• Drug screen may be required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply before employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations calmly and following established procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of banking offices, common areas, parking facilities, and exterior perimeter to identify and report security concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials, and assist with orderly entry and exit procedures.
• Prepare accurate daily activity reports and shift handoff information per site requirements.
