Qualifications

• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws.
• Valid driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and staff by following security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and disturbances in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel or emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of common areas, storefronts, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe activity, reporting suspicious behavior or violations to site procedures.
