Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors by following security procedures.
• Respond to incidents calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail location.
• Observe and report suspicious activity, policy violations, hazards, and maintenance concerns.
• Assist with access control and visitor direction while maintaining a professional presence.
