Qualifications

• Guard card or license preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property representatives by carrying out security-related procedures and policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms and critical situations calmly and follow established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial properties and common areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe activity, reporting unusual conditions and maintenance concerns.
• Prepare accurate activity logs and incident reports with a professional presence.
